Shipping and Returns


  • Home Decor - Please email within 14 days of your item's arrival, and we will look at these returns as individual cases. I cannot guarantee returns on all decor because we are a small shop and cannot return items easily.
  • Handmade Signs - we do NOT accept returns, but do email me if something was damaged upon arrival.



  • We cannot offer exchanges due to items being sold out.



  • Refunds will be issued only after chatting about your case and deciding if it is eligible. If shipping item back, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost, and shipping will be nonrefundable.


  • You will receive an email, to the email address provided when the order was placed, with a tracking number once your label is created.
  • Typically, we ship with USPS or UPS, international orders may differ.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses that result in your package being returned to sender will result in the customer paying again for shipping. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing your order!
  • From Dust To Home is not responsible for any lost or damaged items, but please email us at if this does happen.
  • Currently, it is just me (Emily) shipping out orders, and so I try to do it as quickly as I can, but please note that delays are possible. Typically, I ship orders out 1-2 times a week.
  • All Sign orders take a minimum of 2-4 weeks to ship because I make them to order. Think of these orders as more of a "preorder". Please email me at if you have any questions, or if you need your sign by a specific date and I will let you know if that can happen or not.
